Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end implementation, rollout, and support for SAP SD and MM modules.
- Design, configure, and support key business processes in Sales, Procurement, Inventory Management, and Billing.
- Ensure seamless integration between SD/MM and FI modules for accurate financial postings and reconciliations.
- Manage complex business scenarios such as pricing procedures, billing, third-party and intercompany sales, and shipping logistics.
- Oversee procurement cycles, goods receipt/issue processes, stock transfers, and vendor management workflows.
- Collaborate with functional teams (FI, PP, WM, etc.) to deliver comprehensive SAP solutions.
- Draft and review functional specifications for RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows).
- Conduct and support system testing, user training, go-live preparations, and hyper-care post go-live.
- Provide day-to-day support, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement in the SAP landscape.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP SD and MM modules.
- Strong knowledge of SAP configuration in SD/MM and cross-module integration, especially with FI.
- Experience in handling full lifecycle SAP implementations and support projects.
- Proven ability to analyze and document business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP Certification in SD or MM is a plus.
- Experience in S/4HANA environments is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project methodologies.
