Job Description
- Drive the implementation and support of SAP SD/MM modules.
- Analyze complex business process requirements and deliver suitable system solutions by identifying, validating, and documenting needs.
- Lead workshops to gather, refine, and align business requirements.
- Configure, customize, and test SAP SD/MM, addressing gaps and proposing practical solutions.
- Understand and map existing business processes, IT environments, and system architecture.
- Strong knowledge of core MM and SD processes, including inventory management, stock transfers (STO), delivery execution (pick, pack, PGI), sales order processing, and shipping. Experience in warehouse management and RF scanner transactions is an advantage.
- Apply SAP best practices to ensure effective ERP configuration and cross-module integration.
- Demonstrate the ability to connect business requirements with SAP solutions in line with organizational processes and application environments.
Requirements
- 5 -10 years of SAP SD/MM functional experience, with strong exposure to project delivery and stakeholder management.
- Proven track record of leading multiple SAP projects (implementations, rollouts, and support) with successful business adoption.
- Strong knowledge of EDI/IDOCS in SD/MM processes with customers and third-party logistics.
- Hands-on experience in global template design, process mapping, blueprinting, and functional specifications (RICEFs).
- Integration experience with WM, FI, Salesforce, and logistics partners.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to balance technical solutions and business outcomes.
