Job Title: SAP SD Consultant (Mandarin Speaker)

Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced SAP SD Consultant with Mandarin language proficiency to lead and support the implementation and optimization of SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep functional expertise in SD and its integration with MM, LE, and FI, along with strong analytical and stakeholder communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the implementation and support of SAP SD modules.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of complex business processes and recommend appropriate system solutions.
- Facilitate requirement-gathering workshops and translate business needs into system functionalities.
- Map business processes, identify gaps, and design customized SAP solutions to meet client requirements.
- Design, configure, and test SD modules, including pricing, order management, and billing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth integration with MM, LE, and FI modules.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP issues, including IDOC-related data exchange challenges.
- Prepare comprehensive functional documentation, test cases, and test results.
- Identify and propose business process improvements and system enhancements.
- Support both new implementations and ongoing maintenance projects.
- Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams to ensure clear communication.
- Provide end-user training and ad-hoc support as needed.
- Operate independently with minimal supervision and mentor junior team members as required.
Requirements:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related fields.
- 8+ years of overall experience in SAP SD, with at least 5 years in full-cycle implementation and support projects.
- Expertise in SAP SD modules, including order management, pricing, billing, and delivery processing.
- Strong knowledge of Master Data, Credit Management, and Logistics processes.
- Familiarity with FI integration and understanding of IDOCs for data exchange.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Fluency in Mandarin is mandatory to liaise with China-based counterparts.
