SAP PLM Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented SAP PLM Specialist to support the implementation and optimization of SAP Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring Document Information Records (DIR), creating classifications and characteristics, and managing dependencies to ensure accurate data representation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance PLM processes, develop technical specifications, and support integration with SAP ERP and external systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain SAP PLM specifications including DIR, characteristics, and dependencies.
• Develop and enhance user exits and custom programs for PLM-related processes.
• Support end-to-end PLM implementation, testing, and documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering, IT, and business teams to align PLM solutions with operational needs.
• Provide training and support to users on PLM functionalities and tools.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with SAP PLM in discrete or process industries.
• Strong understanding of SAP ERP integration, especially with ECTR, NWBC, and eDMS.
• Proficiency in ABAP development and SAP configuration.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
