About The Role
As an SAP Order-to Cash Lead, you will drive the design and delivery of end-to-end Order-to-Cash solutions on SAP S/4HANA to support large-scale business transformation. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, influence key decisions, and ensure the delivery of standardized, high-quality solutions that enable operational efficiency and business value.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end Order-to-Cash solution design and implementation on SAP S/4HANA, covering Sales & Distribution, customer master data, contracts, pricing, billing, and Accounts Receivable
Configure and integrate SAP Customer Service (CS), including service contracts, notifications, service orders, and resource-related billing in alignment with Plant Maintenance
Standardize and harmonize Order-to-Cash processes by consolidating fragmented order types, pricing structures, and billing processes into a unified S/4HANA template, including DRC e-invoicing
Drive cross-functional integration across enterprise processes such as Record-to-Report, Source-to-Pay and SAP BTP Integration Suite
Facilitate fit-to-standard workshops, solution playbacks, WRICEF identification and design, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) across the full Order-to-Cash lifecycle
Lead and mentor a distributed onshore and offshore delivery team to ensure quality outcomes and timely delivery
Act as the primary point of accountability for Order-to-Cash delivery, engaging with business stakeholders and leadership to align technology solutions with business objectives
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline
Minimum 12–15 years of experience in SAP implementation or related roles
Deep expertise in SAP Order-to-Cash processes, particularly within Sales & Distribution and its integration points
Proven experience leading at least 2 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations as an Order-to-Cash or SD lead
Strong experience in business process design, system configuration, and solution delivery
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships effectively
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with SAP Customer Service (CS) and Plant Maintenance integration
Familiarity with SAP BTP Integration Suite and enterprise integration strategies
Experience in global template design and multi-country rollouts
Exposure to e-invoicing frameworks such as DRC
