About the Role

As an SAP Order-to Cash Lead, you will drive the design and delivery of end-to-end Order-to-Cash solutions on SAP S/4HANA to support large-scale business transformation. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, influence key decisions, and ensure the delivery of standardized, high-quality solutions that enable operational efficiency and business value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end Order-to-Cash solution design and implementation on SAP S/4HANA, covering Sales & Distribution, customer master data, contracts, pricing, billing, and Accounts Receivable
  • Configure and integrate SAP Customer Service (CS), including service contracts, notifications, service orders, and resource-related billing in alignment with Plant Maintenance
  • Standardize and harmonize Order-to-Cash processes by consolidating fragmented order types, pricing structures, and billing processes into a unified S/4HANA template, including DRC e-invoicing
  • Drive cross-functional integration across enterprise processes such as Record-to-Report, Source-to-Pay and SAP BTP Integration Suite
  • Facilitate fit-to-standard workshops, solution playbacks, WRICEF identification and design, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) across the full Order-to-Cash lifecycle
  • Lead and mentor a distributed onshore and offshore delivery team to ensure quality outcomes and timely delivery
  • Act as the primary point of accountability for Order-to-Cash delivery, engaging with business stakeholders and leadership to align technology solutions with business objectives

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 12-15 years of experience in SAP implementation or related roles
  • Deep expertise in SAP Order-to-Cash processes, particularly within Sales & Distribution and its integration points
  • Proven experience leading at least 2 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations as an Order-to-Cash or SD lead
  • Strong experience in business process design, system configuration, and solution delivery
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships effectively
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SAP Customer Service (CS) and Plant Maintenance integration
  • Familiarity with SAP BTP Integration Suite and enterprise integration strategies
  • Experience in global template design and multi-country rollouts
  • Exposure to e-invoicing frameworks such as DRC
