Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced SAP SD/CS Consultant to support, implement, and enhance our SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) and Customer Service (CS) modules. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, configure solutions, perform testing, and provide ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements for Sales & Distribution (SD) and Customer Service (CS) processes.
- Configure and customize SAP SD and CS modules to meet business needs.
- Support processes such as order-to-cash (OTC), pricing, billing, delivery, returns, warranty management, service contracts, service orders, and repair processing.
- Integrate SAP SD/CS with other modules (MM, FI/CO, PP) and external systems.
- Prepare functional specifications for RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows).
- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT activities.
- Collaborate with developers for ABAP enhancements and ensure quality delivery.
- Provide end-user training and documentation.
- Handle incident management, problem resolution, and change requests as part of L2/L3 SAP support.
- Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and project timelines.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on SAP experience with at least 3 years in SD and CS modules.
- Strong expertise in order-to-cash, billing, pricing, returns, service management, and repair processes.
- Experience with integration points (MM, FI/CO, PP, PM, CRM).
- Knowledge of SAP enhancements, user exits, BADIs, and BAPIs.
- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA SD/CS is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a cross-functional team.
