Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, enhance, and maintain applications on SAP BTP, SuccessFactors, Concur, and SAC platforms.
- Gather, analyze, and translate user requirements into technical specifications and deliverables.
- Design and develop SAPUI5/Fiori applications and backend services using Java (Spring Boot) and Node.js.
- Build full-stack solutions using SAP Business Application Studio (BAS), including extension projects and custom applications.
- Develop services using SAP Cloud Application Programming (CAP) model following cloud-native patterns.
- Implement integration scenarios with SAP Integration Suite (Cloud Integration/CPI, API Management, IDocs for ECC/S/4HANA).
- Configure and manage SAP BTP Cockpit, Cloud Identity Services (IAS/IPS), Cloud Connector, and destinations.
- Consume and expose REST, SOAP, OData (v2/v4) APIs, and work with SuccessFactors Compound Employee API.
- Ensure seamless end-to-end integrations with SAP HR modules and maintain system integrity.
- Provide timely application support and troubleshooting, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Document technical designs, solutions, and user manuals.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years hands-on experience with SAP HR Cloud Platform, including:
- SAPUI5/Fiori development
- Backend services in Java (Spring Boot) and Node.js
- Full-stack app development with BAS
- CAP model development
- Working with OData APIs and SuccessFactors integrations
- Configuring SAP BTP Cockpit and Cloud Identity Services
- SAP Integration Suite (CPI, API Management, IDocs, Cloud Connector)
- Strong understanding of REST, SOAP, payload structures, WSDL/XSD, and error handling.
- Familiarity with polyglot environments, JWT tokens, and app-to-app secure communication.
Advantageous Skills & Certifications:
- Exposure to SAP Joule AI, SAP Event Mesh, SAP Work Zone, or SAP Mobile Services.
- Experience with Kyma, Docker, or Kubernetes for advanced cloud-native deployments.
- SAP BTP / SAP Integration certifications.
- Hands-on experience with SAP HR functional modules, including SG Payroll, Time, Expense, and Travel Claims.
