Our client is a leading ICT and digital solutions integrator in Southeast Asia, serving thousand clients across multiple industries in ASEAN.
They are seeking an SAP B1 Manager to lead pre ‑ sales, project delivery, and a team of consultants to grow their SAP Business One business. This role requires strong SAP B1 expertise, customer engagement and leadership skills.
Job Responsibilities
Pre ‑ Sales
- Gather requirements and design SAP B1 ‑ based solutions.
- Deliver demos, presentations and PoCs.
- Support RFI/RFP, proposals and quotations.
- Work with sales on scoping, costing and timelines.
- Build and manage customer and partner relationships,
Project Management
- Lead end-to-end SAP B1 implementation.
- Plan schedule, resources and risk management.
- Conduct workshops, testing, UAT and cutover.
- Ensure delivery meets scope, budget and quality.
- Support post ‑ go ‑ live transition to support teams.
Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor consultants.
- Manage workload, performance and delivery quality.
- Support hiring and maintain records.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Accounting, or related field.
- Mandatory pre ‑ sales experience. SAP B1 preferred; PMP/Scrum Master is a plus.
- 5–8 years SAP B1 experience, leadership experience preferred.
- Strong SAP B1 expertise (functional or techno ‑ functional).
- Familiar with Finance, Logistics, Sales, Purchasing, Production.
- Add ‑ ons, integration, SQL/HANA experience is a plus.
- Strong ERP project management and client-facing skills.
