JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Pre‑Sales
Gather requirements and design SAP B1‑based solutions.
Deliver demos, presentations and PoCs.
Support RFI/RFP, proposals and quotations.
Work with sales on scoping, costing and timelines.
Build and manage customer and partner relationships,
Project Management
Lead end-to-end SAP B1 implementation.
Plan schedule, resources and risk management.
Conduct workshops, testing, UAT and cutover.
Ensure delivery meets scope, budget and quality.
Support post‑go‑live transition to support teams.
Team Leadership
Lead and mentor consultants.
Manage workload, performance and delivery quality.
Support hiring and maintain records.
Ensure compliance with internal processes.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Accounting, or related field.
- Mandatory pre‑sales experience. SAP B1 preferred PMP/Scrum Master is a plus.
5-8 years SAP B1 experience, leadership experience preferred.
Strong SAP B1 expertise (functional or techno‑functional).
Familiar with Finance, Logistics, Sales, Purchasing, Production.
Add‑ons, integration, SQL/HANA experience is a plus.
Strong ERP project management and client-facing skills.
