Job Title: Front Desk Executive / Receptionist (Full-Time)
Location: The Clementi Mall (Directly connected to Clementi MRT)
Koiskin is actively seeking a highly organized and digitally fluent Front Desk Executive to anchor our daily salon operations at Clementi Mall. This role bridges physical front-of-house management with online customer engagement, ensuring a seamless and premium experience for every client from their first digital inquiry to their in-store visit.
Key Responsibilities
1. Omnichannel Customer Engagement
Act as the primary digital touchpoint by promptly managing and responding to customer inquiries across multiple platforms: WhatsApp, WeChat, Facebook.
Convert online interactions into confirmed bookings through timely and professional communication.
2. System & Appointment Administration
Operate BeauteSoft or WESS systems to manage daily appointment schedules, customer check-ins, and billing processes.
Coordinate effectively with the aesthetician team to optimize booking slots, minimize wait times, and ensure smooth operational flow.
Maintain and update accurate client profiles, service records, and package redemptions.
3. Front-of-House Operations
Greet walk-in clients professionally, providing clear consultations on available services, packages, and current promotions.
Facilitate a seamless arrival and departure experience, handling payment collections and issuing receipts.
Maintain the aesthetic standards and hygiene of the reception and waiting areas.
4. Reporting & General Admin
Generate daily operational reports, including sales tally, payment reconciliation, and appointment summaries.
Execute general administrative duties such as filing, inventory checks at the front desk, and updating operational forms.
Requirements
Technical Proficiency: Prior hands-on experience with BeauteSoft or WESS salon management software is highly preferred.
Digital Literacy: Adept at navigating major social media and messaging applications (Red Note, IG, FB, TikTok, etc.) for business communication.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a frontline customer service, retail, or beauty industry role. (Motivated fresh graduates will also be considered).
Language Skills: Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin to manage inquiries and serve a diverse, English- and Chinese-speaking clientele.
Working Hours: Willingness to commit to retail operating hours, including weekends and public holidays (rest days will be scheduled on weekdays).
Attributes: Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling high-volume inquiries in a fast-paced retail environment.
