About the Role

We are looking for an Operations Executive to support and manage the day-to-day operations of the business.

This is a hands-on role in a small team, where you will be responsible for ensuring smooth execution across customer experience, order fulfilment, and inventory management. You will be expected to take ownership of your work, adapt to changing priorities, and step in where needed to support the business.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support

Handle customer enquiries via Instagram, WhatsApp, and email
Assist customers with product and sizing enquiries
Manage returns and exchanges (online and in-studio)
Ensure timely and professional communication

Order Fulfilment & Inventory

Coordinate with warehouse on order processing and stock movement
Track and maintain inventory accuracy across all sales channels
Support stock organisation, tagging, and allocation
Ensure availability of products for sales and marketing needs

Systems & Tracking

Record and monitor daily sales
Maintain accuracy of Shopify and TikTok Shop backend
Track and resolve order-related issues (e.g. delivery delays, missing items)

Logistics & Coordination

Coordinate consignment processes (emails, product information, assets)
Prepare packing lists for pop-ups, warehouse, and stock transfers
Arrange logistics (e.g. deliveries, Lalamove, stock movement)
Ensure all products and materials are prepared accurately and on time

General Operations Support

Maintain organisation of stock and workspace
Monitor packaging and operational supplies
Support administrative and operational tasks where required

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in any field
1-3 years of relevant experience preferred (fresh graduates may be considered)
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Detail-oriented and careful with work
Responsible and able to work independently
Comfortable using basic digital tools (e.g. Google Sheets, Shopify)

Work Arrangement

Full-time position
Work schedule may vary based on operational needs, including occasional weekends or events
