Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, development, and implementation of enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions.
- Drive engineering best practices across code quality, platform governance, DevOps, and system reliability.
- Provide technical leadership on Salesforce technologies including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), APIs, integrations, and platform scalability.
- Manage and mentor a team of Salesforce engineers, technical leads, and external vendors.
- Oversee Agile delivery activities including sprint planning, release management, deployment, and production support.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Lead integration initiatives between Salesforce and enterprise systems using APIs and middleware technologies.
- Ensure compliance with security, governance, and data protection standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across engineering processes, automation, and platform performance.
- Support hiring, performance management, capability development, and technical coaching within the engineering team.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline.
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with at least 6-8 years focused on Salesforce development and architecture.
- Proven experience managing engineering teams and delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations.
- Strong expertise in:
- Salesforce Service Cloud
- Apex
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Salesforce APIs and integrations
- CI/CD and DevOps practices
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with enterprise integration patterns and cloud-based architectures.
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Application Architect, System Architect, or Advanced Administrator are preferred.
- Experience with OmniStudio or enterprise case management solutions is advantageous.
- Prior experience delivering large-scale digital transformation initiatives is a plus.
