Requirements:
Communication Excellence: Exceptional business-level English proficiency (spoken and written) is mandatory. You must be highly comfortable translating complex technical issues into plain English for non-technical stakeholders and collaborating seamlessly across departments. Mandarin proficiency is a strong plus.
Core Experience: 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with deep expertise in Apex (Triggers, Batch, Integrations) , LWC and Flow.
Advanced Database & SQL Skills: Strong proficiency in standard SQL for complex data querying, extraction, and cross-system data analysis, in addition to expert-level knowledge of Salesforce SOQL/SOSL.
Native Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Proficiency in using Salesforce's native monitoring capabilities, such as Debug Logs, Event Monitoring (Event Log Files), and Apex Exception Emails to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks or system errors.
Agile & BAU Mindset: Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, context-switch efficiently between urgent support tickets and ongoing development tasks, and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I (PDI) and Salesforce Admin are required. Other senior certifications are highly preferred.
