- Development: Design and deploy Salesforce solutions using Education Cloud, Service Cloud, Apex, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Customization: Extend platform capabilities via triggers, flows, approval processes, and custom UI components.

- Core Skills: Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Service Cloud, and platform configuration.
- Education: Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or IT.
- Certification: Salesforce Platform Developer I (required).
- Preferred: Experience with Education Cloud, data migration, or government-scale platforms. Advanced certifications (PDII, Service Cloud) are a plus.
