Salesforce Engineer

Consultant will be responsible to gather project requirements, analyse project objective/goal to create customer workflows and troubleshoot errors, eventually to create dynamic and scalable Salesforce applications that meet the changing needs of the project.

Consultant will work within an agile development team at the end client location to modernize and develop Case-Central, a case management platform. Consultant responsibilities include:

1. Collaborating with stakeholders to validate business requirements.
2. Developing Apex classes and triggers to support business needs and custom user interface development
3. Using Salesforce APIs to integrate with third-party systems and Whole-of-Government components/services
4. Adhering to Salesforce best practices with proper documentation
   
   

Qualifications and Experience Required:

1. Certified Salesforce Platform Developer
2. Minimum of 5 years of Salesforce development experience, especially with Service Cloud
3. Experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions will be a bonus

Knowledge of Salesforce development and customization, including:

1. Apex development
2. Visualforce page development
3. Lightning components development
4. Experience in third-party API and SFTP integrations
5. Experience with data migration through other CRM tools, e.g., data loader, including experience with Curam DB2 (preferred)

Configuration Experience, including:

1. Hands-on configuration experience in administration setup (managing org, users, profiles, roles, security controls, data and support processes configuration)
2. Experience in designing custom objects, custom fields, picklists, page layouts, workflows, approval processes, validation rules and flows
3. Experience in report and dashboard configuration
4. Experience with OmniStudio and Omniscript will be a bonus
