Overview

Join a fast-growing global IT services firm driving digital transformation across APAC. This role combines business development, solutioning, and regional leadership, with ownership of large enterprise deals and strategic accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business and revenue growth across APAC
  • Build C-level relationships and manage strategic accounts
  • Lead large deal pursuits (RFPs, proposals, negotiations)
  • Shape end-to-end solutions across cloud, digital, data, and managed services
  • Align sales, pre-sales, and delivery teams for successful execution
  • Define go-to-market strategy and expand regional presence

Requirements

  • 12-20+ years in IT services / system integration / consulting
  • Strong track record in hunting and closing enterprise deals
  • Experience in solution selling (cloud, digital, managed services)
  • Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders (C-suite)
  • Exposure to offshore delivery models preferred
