Job Description

Strategic Planning and Solution Development

  • Lead high-level strategic planning workshops with client teams to develop and execute the roadmap for solution development and consulting services.
  • Collaborate directly with executive stakeholders to identify and prioritize market opportunities for product enhancement and new product launches in the U.S. market.
  • Oversee resource allocation, budgeting, and timelines to ensure the successful delivery of product initiatives, exercising full authority over decision-making related to project execution.


Key Account Management, Business Development and Stakeholder Management

  • Oversee consulting engagements with clients by understanding their business challenges and providing strategic guidance and solutions.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies by working with the senior leadership team to understand greenfield areas to expand the offerings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, ensuring client satisfaction and driving business growth.
  • Serve as the executive point of contact for key clients, ensuring strong relationships, client satisfaction, and sustained business growth.

Team Leadership and Recruitment

  • Provide executive leadership and direction to a team of data scientists, data engineers, and other client stakeholders, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work culture.
  • Oversee recruitment and talent acquisition for the U.S. teams, with the authority to select new hires and implement training and development programs.
  • Collaborate with C-suite executives to align team resources with overall company goals and ensure optimal talent utilization across strategic projects.
