- Oversee consulting engagements with clients by understanding their business challenges and providing strategic guidance and solutions.
- Develop and implement business development strategies by working with the senior leadership team to understand greenfield areas to expand the offerings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, ensuring client satisfaction and driving business growth.
- Serve as the executive point of contact for key clients, ensuring strong relationships, client satisfaction, and sustained business growth.
Team Leadership and Recruitment
- Provide executive leadership and direction to a team of data scientists, data engineers, and other client stakeholders, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work culture.
- Oversee recruitment and talent acquisition for the U.S. teams, with the authority to select new hires and implement training and development programs.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align team resources with overall company goals and ensure optimal talent utilization across strategic projects.
