Key Responsibilities
- Execute and distribute a broad range of investment products, with a strong focus on Fixed Income and Structured Products across regional markets.
- Work closely with Relationship Managers, Prime Brokerage teams and institutional stakeholders to provide efficient trade execution and product solutions.
- Support both primary and secondary market transactions, including bond issuances and structured investment products.
- Generate market colour, investment ideas and product insights to support client investment decisions.
- Partner with Debt Capital Markets, Risk, Middle Office and Operations to ensure seamless trade execution and client onboarding.
- Develop long-term relationships with a broad client base, including High-Net-Worth, Institutional and Prime Brokerage clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Sales Trading, Execution or Dealing.
- Strong multi-asset execution experience, with deep expertise in Fixed Income and Structured Products.
- Experience executing both primary and secondary market transactions.
- Good understanding of financial markets and investment products, including bonds, structured products and other capital market instruments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across front office and support functions.
- Client-centric mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced trading environment.
