Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Up to $3,000 + $200 Monthly Fixed Allowance + AWS + 2 Months Bonus

• Swiss MNC, Good Benefits

• Monday to Friday

• Working location: West

• Flexible staggered working hours with WFH available

• Graduate with no experience welcome to apply

Responsibilities:

Processing customer orders, plan, prepare shipping documentation and schedule deliveries
Attending to customer enquiries or feedback and liaise with Sales to follow up
Prepare purchase requisition to Procurement
Play an active role in Customer Retention program

Requirement:

At least 2 years of relevant experience in Customer Service, Sales, Inside Sales.
Bilingual in English and Chinese to coordinate with Chinese counterparts
Graduate with no experience welcome to apply
