Roles & Responsibilities

• 5 days work week, Office Hour, Mon - Fri.
• Reputable MNC
• OIL & GAS Industry

Responsibilities:

• Daily handling of customer enquiries, requests, and feedback via email and company hotline, ensuring timely closures.
• Assist customers to register their membership particulars online and provide monthly summary report to Retail Management.
• Coordinate and arrange logistics for retail stations in Singapore
• Handle Procurement and manage tender process and normal purchasing of products and services.

Requirements;

• Degree in Business/Marketing or equivalent.
• Individual with at least 2-5 years working experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Possess customer service, customer-relationship, and/or purchasing related experience.
