Roles & Responsibilities

Up to $3,000 + $200 Monthly Fixed Allowance + AWS + 2 Months Bonus

Monday to Friday

Working location: West

Flexible staggered working hours with WFH available

Graduate with no experience welcome to apply

Responsibilities:

• Processing customer orders, plan, prepare shipping documentation and schedule deliveries
• Attending to customer enquiries or feedback and liaise with Sales to follow up
• Prepare purchase requisition to Procurement
• Play an active role in Customer Retention program

Requirement:

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in Customer Service, Sales, Inside Sales.
• Bilingual in English and Chinese to coordinate with Chinese counterparts
• Graduate with no experience welcome to apply
