Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support & Operations Executive to support our sales, recruitment, and operations functions. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth execution of daily tasks, maintaining data accuracy, and supporting ongoing manpower projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy a blend of administrative, operations, and people-support responsibilities, and who thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Summary

  • Working Day: Monday - Friday
  • Working hours: 9.00am - 6.30pm
  • Location: Jurong East
  • Salary up to $3000

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Administrative Support

  • Upload job descriptions into system and ensure timely posting
  • Create and maintain candidate folders in SharePoint
  • Assist with candidate screening, scheduling, and follow-ups
  • Coordinate onboarding arrangements and documentation

  • Conduct briefings with candidates during LOA signing
  • Support the end-to-end recruitment administrative process for project-based hiring

2. Operations & Project Support

  • Maintain and update daily/weekly project KPIs
  • Track manpower movements, leave record updates, attendance logs
  • Prepare operational reports, dashboards, and charts
  • Consolidate data from multiple Excel files and ensure accuracy
  • Assist with floater activation tracking and manpower allocation
  • Support Operations Manager in planning and monitoring project workflows

3. Sales Support & Internal Coordination

  • Assist sales and BD teams with documentation, proposals, and follow-ups
  • Maintain and update client records, trackers, and service request logs
  • Provide administrative support for business development activities
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, HR, Ops) to ensure timely delivery of tasks
  • Prepare materials, slides, and reports when required

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Hospitality, HR, Operations or related field
  • Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, charts, formulas)
  • Able to multitask and manage timelines in a fast-paced environment
  • Service-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn
  • Experience in operations admin, sales support, or recruitment support is an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-player mindset
