Job Description:

- Create Sales Orders (SO) and ensure accurate documentation

- Create Credit Note (CN)

- Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth SO creation process

- Manage the onboarding of new customers

- Provide support for both internal and external audit activities

- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as required to support the team and business needs

Job Requirements:

- O level and above

- Experienced in data entry

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks

- Good communication skills, both verbal and written

- Good time management and attention to detail

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word)

- Knowledge and experience using SAP software
