Finloop is building a regulated investment and fund platform business in Singapore, serving institutional and professional clients across traditional investment funds, tokenized investment products, and AI and financial technology solutions.

Finloop Singapore Holdings Pte. Ltd. is a Capital Markets Services Licensee, with licensed activities covering dealing in capital market products (securities and collective investment schemes) and providing custodial services.

We are looking for a Sales Support Executive to support our commercial team and Singapore management across product and marketing materials, Chinese-language localization, operational administration and business reporting.

The Role

This is a hands-on commercial support role working closely with management and the sales team.

A key part of the role will be to localize product, presentation and marketing materials for the Singapore and regional markets, using AI tools and modern productivity workflows to accelerate translation, content adaptation and document preparation while maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality.

Key Responsibilities

1. Localize and adapt product materials, sales presentations, marketing materials and other client-facing content from HQ for the Singapore and regional markets.
2. Use AI tools to accelerate translation, content adaptation, summarization, document preparation and other repetitive workflows, with appropriate human review and quality control.
3. Translate, refine and quality-check materials between Chinese and English, ensuring accuracy and appropriate financial and business terminology.
4. Support preparation of sales presentations, product summaries, proposals and marketing materials.
5. Coordinate and maintain commercial and product documentation, templates and presentation materials.
6. Provide operational and administrative support to the Sales and Business Development teams.
7. Support management with sales activity reports, business updates, management reporting and presentation preparation.
8. Support meetings, events and other commercial initiatives as required.

What We're Looking For

1. 2+ years of relevant experience in sales support, business operations, marketing support or a similar role.
2. Strong command of both Chinese and English, with the ability to understand, refine and communicate business and financial content accurately.
3. Comfortable and experienced using AI tools to improve productivity and streamline repetitive workflows, rather than relying on manual processes.
4. Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and other business productivity tools.
5. Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
6. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing business.
7. Experience in financial services, investment funds, asset management, fintech or related businesses is advantageous.
