Sales Support Executive HJY

Salary: $3000 - $3500

Working days and hours:
- 5 days, Office Hours

Job Description:
- Build and maintain close working relationship with the assigned accounts to understand operation and business needs
- Provide regular updates and performance reports on key account activities and sales performance to sales manager and management team.
Work closely with the Sales Team, support Key Accounts and internal stakeholders to address customer needs effectively.
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve any operation customer issues.
- Update customer records, document sales interactions and generate reports on sales performance and metrics.
- Provide basic sales support administration, including processing sales orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Consolidate sales figures and prepare sales summaries or reports for review by the Sales Team and management.
- Calculate promoters commissions based on the applicable sales performance and commission guidelines.
- To carry out merchandising activities at retail outlets when required, including maintaining product displays and ensuring proper product presentation
- Visit or liaise with retailers to take sales orders and ensure orders are accurately recorded and submitted for processing

Job Requirements:
- Experienced in administrative work
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Pivoting Table
- Previous experience in sales support administration, customer service, or related role would be beneficial.
- Accustomed to fast-paced environment
