Job Description

  • Team Leadership: Motivate and guide sales staff, conducting performance reviews and coaching.
  • Sales Target Management: Monitor daily/weekly performance to ensure targets and quotas are met.
  • Operations & Merchandising: Manage inventory, oversee visual merchandising, and handle daily store operations.
  • Customer Relations: Resolve customer complaints and ensure high-quality service.
  • Strategy & Reporting: Implement sales strategies and report on performance metrics to management.
  • Training & Hiring: Train new staff and develop team skills.
