  1. Team Supervision

  3. Training and Development

  4. Customer Relationship Management

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers.

    • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.

  5. Sales Planning and Strategy

    • Assist management in developing sales strategies and marketing plans.

    • Identify new sales opportunities and potential markets.

  6. Performance Monitoring

    • Track sales performance and prepare sales reports for management.

    • Evaluate staff performance and recommend improvements.

  7. Inventory and Product Management

    • Coordinate with inventory teams to ensure product availability.

    • Monitor stock levels and inform management of shortages.

  8. Administrative Duties

    • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and documentation.

    • Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and client information.

  9. Compliance and Company Policies

    • Ensure the sales team follows company policies and procedures.

    • Maintain professional standards and ethical sales practices.

  10. Market Research

  • Monitor competitors and market trends.
