SALES SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities:

. Responsible for Sales target set for the business.

. Perform daily sales activities such as prospecting calls, customer appointments, presentations, proposals and closing orders.

. Assist the line manager to recruit, training, enumerating, and retaining a competent sales team.

. Engage with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of clients satisfaction.

. Keep abreast of product applications, market conditions, competitive activities and industry trends

. Initiate sales activities, strategies, and sales plans required to build brand visibility.

. Serve as a point of reference to employees in terms of showing great work ethic, habits, personal character, and professional character.

Requirements:

. Must have good business acumen.

. Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

. Must be service & results oriented

. Excellent selling skills, ability to close deals, and deal with post-purchase anxiety.

. Excellent selling skills, people-oriented, and ability to motivate a team.

. Must work on weekend and public holiday
