Job Description:
We are looking for a Sales Supervisor to oversee daily sales operations, manage customer relationships, and drive revenue growth in our hardware and construction materials business. The role involves supervising sales activities, coordinating with procurement and operations teams, and ensuring smooth order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage day-to-day sales operations of hardware and construction materials
- Handle customer enquiries, quotations, and order processing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, suppliers, and clients
- Monitor sales performance and ensure targets are achieved
- Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams for stock availability and delivery
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
