Meet and exceed agreed set of KPIs, including pipeline, sales, revenue, and profit targets.
Develop a comprehensive plan to achieve these targets.
Independently own the Sales Specialist role - coordinating with marketing on lead generation, following up on leads, and converting opportunities.
Develop effective collateral such as business proposals, presentations, and a compelling pitch that translates the benefits of DWS Services into business outcomes meeting customer needs.
Build and contribute towards best practices and the development of collateral, such as sales guides, cheat sheets, product offerings, competitive landscape analysis, benchmark market pricing, client references, and service & process enhancements.
Report to regular sales management cadences, including business performance, pipeline, and forecast.
Qualifications
Industry knowledge with sales certifications of IT management platforms, preferably, but not limited to, ServiceNow.
Proven solution selling experience
Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills with experience engaging C-Suite members.
Diploma or Tertiary degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
ITIL certification
SPIN, MEDDIC, or other relevant sales certifications.
