Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Specialist based in Singapore/USA/Philippines, with an opportunity to work remotely on occasion. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for building lasting customer relationships, managing solar cell sales cycles, and identifying new business opportunities. Additional responsibilities include executing sales strategies, providing excellent customer service, conducting training sessions for clients or team members, and achieving sales targets while collaborating closely with the sales management team.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders
  • Experience in Sales and Sales Management, including a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to provide Training to customers or team members as needed
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM software
  • Adaptability to hybrid work environments and ability to work independently under minimal supervision
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in the renewable energy sector or solar industry is an advantage
