Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore for a Sales Specialist + Business Partner. The individual in this role will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving sustainable apparel sales. Responsibilities include creating and executing sales strategies, conducting client presentations, managing B2B accounts, and contributing to long-term brand partnerships to expand market presence. This dynamic role involves collaboration with internal teams, market research, and ensuring target achievement aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management, preferably in the apparel or wholesale industry.
  • Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills to engage with clients and partners effectively.
  • Knowledge of market trends, client needs, and sustainable products, with the ability to conduct thorough market research.
  • Ability to create and execute sales strategies, meet business targets, and collaborate with internal cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for sustainability and eco-friendly solutions is a major advantage.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, sales reporting software, and MS Office Suite for managing leads and reports.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, and capable of working independently to achieve organizational objectives.
