Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage back-office customer service operations, ensuring timely and high-quality handling of customer requests, orders, and complaints.
  • Support the sales team by optimizing service processes and ensuring effective use of store systems and tools.
  • Track key performance indicators (e.g., conversion rates, lead times) to drive service efficiency and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with internal control procedures, health & safety regulations, and accurate archiving of required documents.
  • Provide administrative support including staff scheduling, store supply management, and general cost tracking.
  • Oversee daily store maintenance, coordinate with external service providers, and manage internal and external security operations.

Job Requirements

  • Possess experience in back-office, administrative, or operational roles, within a luxury retail environment.
  • Service-driven with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Excel and store management systems.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English.
  • Candidate with more than 2 years experience in similar role may be considered for a supervisory position.
