Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and sales support to the sales team.
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers, ensuring prompt follow-up and service.
- Handle customer enquiries professionally through telephone, email, and other communication channels.
- Process and follow up on sales orders, invoices, and delivery arrangements.
- Prepare sales-related documents and reports for management review.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or related discipline.
- Prior experience in customer service, sales coordination, or administrative support preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with a positive service mindset.
