Job Responsibilities
B2B Sales Development
- Drive B2B sales of TCM / CPM products across TCM clinics and medical halls (traditional trade channels).
/() B2B - Identify new business opportunities, build sales pipelines, and secure partnerships with key clinic groups, medical halls, and distributors.

Account & Territory Management
- Develop and implement territory sales plans to maximize coverage of TCM clinics and medical halls.

Product Promotion & Customer Engagement
- Promote TCM / CPM products through product knowledge, recommendations, and sales solutions tailored to clinic and medical hall customers.
, - Conduct product training sessions for key partners to enhance product knowledge and sales capability.
, - Address inquiries, provide after-sales support, and build strong customer relationships.

Reporting & Insights
- Prepare timely reports on sales performance, market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities within the clinic and medical hall channels.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales strategies and execution.
Ad Hoc Support
- Support trade marketing activities, product launches, and retail activation events as needed.
Job Requirements
- GCE N or O Level Certificate, or equivalent.
GCE N O - Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in TCM granules, CPM products, or related industries, with strong hands-on experience in TCM clinic and medical hall channels (traditional trade).
3-5 ,, () - Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
