Key Responsibilities
. Act as a product expert: provide detailed technical and scientific explanations of our supplements/medical device portfolio.
. Build and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare professionals.
. Conduct product training, workshops, and presentations for clients.
. Translate complex scientific data into clear, practical benefits for customers.
. Achieve sales targets by matching customer needs with product solutions.
. Monitor industry trends, competitor products, and new research to maintain up-to-date knowledge.
. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and ethical promotional practices.
Requirements
. Degree/Diploma in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Nutrition, Biomedical Science, or related field.
. Strong technical/product knowledge in pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, or dietary supplements.
. Prior experience in medical sales, product specialist, or technical training roles is an advantage.
. Excellent communication and presentation skills ability to explain science simply and persuasively.
. Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
