Job Responsibilities

B2B Sales Development

  • Drive B2B sales of TCM / CPM products across TCM clinics and medical halls (traditional trade channels).

  • Identify new business opportunities, build sales pipelines, and secure partnerships with key clinic groups, medical halls, and distributors.

  • Maintain and grow existing customer accounts through strong relationship management and follow-ups.

  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Account & Territory Management

  • Develop and implement territory sales plans to maximize coverage of TCM clinics and medical halls.

  • Regularly visit accounts to understand needs, resolve issues, and align with brand objectives.

Product Promotion & Customer Engagement

  • Promote TCM / CPM products through product knowledge, recommendations, and sales solutions tailored to clinic and medical hall customers.

  • Conduct product training sessions for key partners to enhance product knowledge and sales capability.

  • Address inquiries, provide after-sales support, and build strong customer relationships.

Reporting & Insights

  • Prepare timely reports on sales performance, market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities within the clinic and medical hall channels.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales strategies and execution.

Ad Hoc Support

  • Support trade marketing activities, product launches, and retail activation events as needed.

Job Requirements

  • GCE N or O Level Certificate, or equivalent.

  • Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in TCM granules, CPM products, or related industries, with strong hands-on experience in TCM clinic and medical hall channels (traditional trade).

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.

  • Detail-oriented with strong numerical accuracy.

  • Willing and able to travel frequently across Singapore.
