Job Summary
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our medical sales team, specializing in surgical products. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling a range of surgical devices to healthcare professionals, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with surgeons, hospitals, and healthcare professionals to support sales growth
- Promote and sell medical products to assigned accounts, achieving sales targets and expanding market presence
- Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts
- Provide product demonstrations, training, and clinical support when required
- Attend surgical cases in operating theatres to support product usage and enhance customer satisfaction
- Manage sales activities including conducting follow-ups, preparing quotations, and servicing accounts to maintain client engagement
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Science, Business, or related field
- Prior experience in medical sales, preferably in surgical or operating theatre environments
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
- Willingness to travel locally and attend surgeries when required

- Experience handling surgical devices or consumables
- Established network within hospitals or surgical teams
- Proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets
