Job Responsibilities (Sales Representative):
. Represent the company and the associate brands well by communicating the company's values and product knowledge accurately to clients
. Provide smooth, exceptional customer service and experience to clients
. Deliver results by driving sales consistently and markedly
. Report and update regularly to sales Manager on progress made
. Contribute to the development of marketing strategies to further drive sales and market share
. Involve in the design and implementation of marketing plans for company products
. Conduct market research on rival products / companies
. Build and maintain new and existing customer relationships by proactively achieving and maximizing sales
. Update stocks, inventory management and aid, when necessary, with operational and back of house activities
Job Requirements:
. Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
. Pleasant personality
. Highly motivated and self-driven
. Sales and service-oriented who possess excellent customer skills
. Demonstrate strong selling skills and extensive product knowledge
. Passionate team player with can-do attitude
. Experience sales position in the F&B industry and in the market for at least 4 years is an added advantage
