Job Description

Job Purpose

We are seeking a results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team at Jindu F&B Equipment (Singapore) Pte.Ltd. In this role, you will be instrumental in elevating our brand visibility within the commercial kitchen sector and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and providing technical consultative sales for our range of industrial kitchen solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Actively identify and pursue new business leads within the hospitality, food service, and institutional sectors.
  • Branding & Market Presence: Champion the Jindu brand by participating in industry expos, networking events, and maintaining a proactive presence in the market.
  • Technical Sales Consultations: Provide expert advice to clients on industrial kitchen machinery (e.g., combi ovens, dishwashers, refrigeration units) based on their specific operational needs and site requirements.
  • Tender & Proposal Management: Manage the full sales cycle, including preparing competitive quotations, technical proposals, and tender documentation in alignment with company pricing strategies.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term partnerships with chefs, kitchen consultants, and business owners, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all proposed equipment installations adhere to local Singaporean technical standards.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless project delivery from the initial site assessment through to the conclusion of the Defects Liability Period.

Recruitment Criteria

Essential Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in B2B sales within the food service, hospitality, or commercial kitchen equipment industry.
  • Technical Aptitude: A strong understanding of industrial kitchen equipment specifications and the ability to interpret technical drawings or site requirements.
  • Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of managing project tenders, understanding margin structures, and delivering consistent sales growth.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with Singaporean building and fire safety regulations as they apply to commercial kitchen environments.

  • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills, capable of influencing decision-makers in high-pressure environments.
  • Networking: A proactive approach to expanding professional networks and a strong existing rapport with industry stakeholders.
  • Analytical Thinking: Proficiency in calculating project costs, managing markups, and preparing detailed technical quotations.
  • Resilience: A self-motivated, target-oriented professional with the ability to work independently to meet quarterly and annual KPIs.

Preferred Attributes

  • Experience in international sales or working with manufacturers based in China.
  • Prior experience in managing institutional projects (e.g., schools, hospitals, or large-scale food production facilities).
