Job Summary

You will promote Floral De Qing's floral products and close sales to customers, working part-time with flexible hours and earning commission.

Responsibilities

• Explain floral product features and benefits to customers to support informed purchase decisions
• Respond promptly and clearly to customer inquiries to provide accurate information and improve customer experience
• Guide customers through purchase decisions to close sales and meet sales targets
• Organize and manage your schedule effectively to work flexible hours that support business needs
• Apply problem-solving skills to resolve customer questions and issues during sales interactions
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude to build customer trust and encourage repeat business
