Job Description

Marketing duties

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies: Create and implement marketing plans for restaurant openings, menu changes, and promotions.
  • Manage campaigns and promotions: Plan and execute campaigns through digital, social media, and traditional advertising channels.
  • Oversee brand visibility: Utilize various channels to enhance brand visibility and manage brand-aligned content.
  • Analyze market trends: Study the target market and competitors to craft strategic engagement plans.
  • Track performance: Analyze the return on investment (ROI) of marketing activities, social engagement, and guest feedback.

Sales duties

  • Achieve sales targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • Develop sales leads: Prepare action plans for finding and pursuing sales leads and prospects.
  • Build and maintain relationships: Foster strong relationships with repeat guests, VIPs, concierges, and walk-in customers.
  • Upsell products: Promote premium menu items or packages to increase average spend per guest.
  • Handle inquiries and reservations: Manage reservations and respond to customer inquiries and special requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify new opportunities: Pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments.

Customer service and relations

  • Provide proactive customer service: Ensure information is accessible and responsive to client needs.
  • Build guest loyalty: Ensure a consistent brand experience and deliver service excellence to build guest loyalty.
  • Manage reservations: Handle reservations across phone, email, and online booking platforms.
