Position: AfterSales Service Sales Representative
Salary Range: $3000 $3,500 + Vehicle allowance $900 (own car) + Sales Commission
Working Location: Tuas
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Job Description:
We are seeking a driven and customer-focused After-Sales Service Salesman to join our growing team. Job Responsibilities
- Promote and sell after-sales services, including:
Machines, equipment, and spare parts.
Repair and replacement parts quotations.
Overhaul repair service quotations.
Service contract proposals. - Conduct daily customer visits (minimum 5 visits per day) to promote sales or service contracts.
- Prepare and submit sales quotations and proposals.
- Maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-up and professional service.
- Prepare reports, maintain records, and update sales activities in a timely manner.
- Attend in-house product, technical, and safety training provided by the company.
- Work collaboratively with the department team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Business/Marketing, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 3-4 years of outdoor sales experience in industrial fields (e.g., machines, equipment, spare parts).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and email communication.
- Strong administrative and reporting skills.
- Class 3 Driving License required.
- Candidate with own car preferred. (Company provides monthly vehicle allowance of $900.)
