SALES ORGANISER (REGIONAL OR OVERSEAS)

Senior Sales Organiser (Regional and Overseas) Requirements:

-Able to converse Fluently in English (Spoken, Written), Bengali (Spoken, Written) and Hindi (minimum spoken).

-Minimum 2 years experience working in Singapore.

-A minimum 6 years experience in marketing or sales in Overseas Client/agents (Mainly in Bangladesh and India).

-Experience in client/agents management may be advantageous.

-Understanding and knowledge of the way of Bangladesh sales and marketing.

-Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.

-Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

-Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.

-The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.

-The ability to understand in depth all the rules and regulations of Marketing law in Bangladesh.

-Ensure to always ready to answer calls from workers

-Overseas travel for interviewing workers and directly managing labor forces across various countries.

-Weekly off days cannot be specifically Saturday or Sunday, as there will often be a need to handle workers on Sundays
