Key Responsibilities:
. Identify, generate, and follow up on sales leads for training programs and
consultancy services.
. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including corporate
organizations, contractors, and individual learners.
. Develop and implement marketing campaigns, both on line and offline, to promote
courses and services.
. Manage website, social media accounts, digital advertising, and email marketing
campaigns.
. Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for prospective clients.
. Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to expand the
company's reach.
. Collaborate with the training and consultancy team to understand service offerings
and tailor solutions for clients.
. Monitor sales performance and marketing analytics to optimize campaigns and
achieve targets.
. Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
. Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
. Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in training, consultancy, or
WSH-related services.
. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
. Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results-oriented mindset.
. Knowledge of Workplace Safety and Health regulations or training industry is a plus.
