Job Summary
Manage and process sales orders efficiently while supporting the sales team with accurate documentation, record-keeping, and reporting to ensure smooth order fulfillment and contract management.
Responsibilities
- Process sales orders accurately to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Provide administrative support to the sales team to enhance operational efficiency
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales documents to facilitate customer transactions
- Maintain accurate records of sales orders and customer details for reliable data management
- Update and manage sales contract data including terms, pricing, expiry, and renewals to ensure contract compliance
- Verify accuracy of all sales and contract data entered into the system to maintain data integrity
- Generate sales and contract reports to support business analysis and decision-making
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth order processing
- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned to support business needs
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma in Business or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in sales administration or order processing
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to communicate well with customers
- Ability to multitask and work independently
