Job Summary:
The Sales Operation Management Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the sales team by ensuring smooth and efficient operations. This position involves managing sales data, coordinating between departments, improving processes, and providing administrative and analytical support to enhance sales productivity and performance.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments (e.g., marketing, finance).
- Coordinate and support onboarding and training for new sales team members.
- Assist in territory planning, account assignments, and quota setting.
- Analyze sales metrics and trends to identify areas of improvement.
- Prepare regular sales reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management.
- Identify inefficiencies in sales processes and recommend improvements.
- Develop and maintain SOPs for sales operations activities.
- Support implementation of new tools and systems to enhance sales effectiveness.
- Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and support sales events or meetings.
- Handle purchase orders, invoicing support, and contract coordination.
- Monitor sales budgets and expenses as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.
- Experience with sales tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
