Chateraise Singapore is looking for a Sales Operations Management Coordinator
Main Tasks
- Support the Operations Coordination in the day-to-day duties
- Leads the planning and implementation of multiple projects and roll outs.
- Coordinating and monitoring day-to-day activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company goals/policies.
- Assist in creating and implementing SOPs to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of processes.
- Assist in developing and implementing strategic initiatives, such as new product launches and seasonal products promotions.
- Maintain an up-to-date information between Singapore and Japan HQ
- Assist on other administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Highly diligent doer, conscientious, punctual and great attention to detail
- Has good knowledge of the confectionary industry
- A professional disposition and positive attitude
- Excellent command of English and Japanese both oral and written with good interpersonal skills to liaise with Japan HQ (JLPT 1)
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Skilled in Excel and MS Office
