Job Scope

• To promote digital payment via telesales calls to customers and clients.
• Assist with customer onboarding either onsite or offsite.
• Ensure standard of service delivery, and all information provided to customer are clear and concise.
• To meet the needs of customer based on the area of merchant solutions.

Job Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in any field with minimum 1 year of sales experience.
• Team player with exceptional presentation skills, time management skills and ability to work under pressure and meet allocated deadlines.
• Self-motivated with abilities in influencing/negotiating with customers.
• Proven effective conflict resolution and good negotiation skills.
• Flexible, high energy team player and able to thrive in a dynamic working environment.
